Blueberry Blast Smoothie

Our coconut water is a great way to help keep you hydrated throughout the hot weather and is full of electrolytes. Smoothies are an amazing way to pack in a whole bunch of nutritious ingredients and prepare yourself a delicious meal in record time. You could always prep the ingredients the night before as well, to speed up the process even further!
We’ve also added in some maca powder, for a natural energy boost and deliciously creamy malted flavour. The cashews help to thicken up the smoothie and also add a good source of plant based protein and healthy fats too!
150g frozen blueberries
200ml coconut water
Pinch of fresh lemon zest
1 tsp maca powder
Blend all of the above ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve and enjoy!
