Coconut Berry Smoothie Bowl

Since we’ve had some seriously hot weather here in the UK recently, we thought that this would be the perfect recipe to share with you and help you cool off with a delicious bowl of berry smoothie. We’ve added in some of our Organic coconut oil for some healthy fats and creamy coconutty undertones. You can then go ahead and add all of your favourite toppings- we would recommend nut butter, more berries and definitely some coconut chips are a must!

Ingredients: 

1 banana

1 tsp coconut oil

120g frozen mixed berries

1/2 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder

(optional) 1 heaped tsp berry powder- could use blueberry/acai or whatever else you fancy

Dash of almond milk to help everything blend

 

Method:

Blend all of the above ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a bowl and add your toppings of choice. Enjoy!
