Creamy caramel & coconut smoothie bowl

Can you believe that tomorrow is the 1st day of May already? This year is just flying by so fast! Seeing as we’re getting closer to summer now, we thought it would be the perfect time to share this delicious smoothie bowl recipe with you. Smoothie bowls are a greta way to satisfy your sweet tooth, whilst getting in some portions of fruit at the same time! Plus, they’re SO easy to whip up, so are a great option if you’re after something quick to make for yourself of a morning. You can also get creative and decorate it with a selection of delicious toppings, like fresh berries and granola!

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

6 cashews

1 tsp maca powder

Pinch of salt

Dash of vanilla powder

A generous glug of Coco Zumi Coconut Water 

 

Method:

Pop all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve and enjoy!
