Chocolate Protein Fudge
Here we have for you, the ultimate little after dinner treat! It’s super creamy, chocolatey and is actually sugar free! It’s also even got some protein in there too! The really creamy texture comes from the cashew butter and our coconut oil; which also helps everything to set. Coconut oil solidifies at cooler temperatures, so is really good for adding into raw desserts and chocolates too! You can make a big batch of these to store in the freezer, for whenever you feel like something a little bit chocolatey! They’re also ideal for sharing with friends on a Friday night, with a good movie! Now that Winter is right around the corner, there will be lots of those kinda’ nights in the diary for the foreseeable we think!
4 tbsp smooth cashew butter
4 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
40g vegan chocolate protein
In a mixing bowl, combine the cashew butter and chocolate protein and mix well.
Melt the coconut oil and pour this into the bowl, along with the cacao powder. Stir until completely smooth and creamy.
Line a dish with baking paper and pour in the mixture. Pop this into the freezer to set four 2-3 hours. Slice into pieces and enjoy! You can leave the fudge in the fridge for a while to allow it to thaw slightly if it’s too solid.
